Track Care Cloud

Managed server-side tracking for WordPress, operated by your agency — never by the client.

How the tracking chain gets built

The client only ever works in WordPress or in the portal.

01 / Source

WordPress + Track Care plugin

Consent signal, events and form detection inside the client site.

02 / Proxy

Same-origin proxy at /metrics

Same domain, no DNS record required. No Cloudflare worker.

03 / Handoff

Agency-managed endpoint

The WordPress plugin signs and relays approved measurement requests to the managed service.

04 / Server

Managed server GTM

Operated on 4ECK Media infrastructure and activated only after health and consent checks pass.

What this means for client projects

01

No client server access

The server side runs on agency infrastructure. Clients need neither root access nor their own containers.

02

No Cloudflare in proxy mode

The same-origin proxy runs through the WordPress plugin at /metrics. No extra DNS record, no worker.

03

Consent-aware by default

Consent Mode v2 is set through Cookie Care. Default and update signals are validated in diagnostics.

04

Central monitoring

All tenants, deployments and tracking errors in one view. Alerts reach the agency before the client notices.

Integrations

Six connections, operated centrally by the agency.

Planned

Privacy and operations in Europe

Processing takes place on European infrastructure. Only the event data required for the selected measurements is transmitted. Individual visitor identifiers are never shown in the portal.

This describes the technical implementation and is not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. The data protection assessment remains with the website operator.

Data minimisation

Only selected events and properties leave the website. No free-text form content.

No personal identifiers in the portal

Email addresses, IP addresses and cookie values are stripped before display.

Separated permissions

Login account and Google authorisation are two distinct grants with separate revocation.

Tenant separation

Each organisation only ever sees its own websites and events.

Traceability

Administrative actions are logged with timestamp, user and object.
